In November 2018, our Angola customer ordered a 13,400㎡ steel structure workshop project.
Length 72 meters and width 186 meters,
Eave height: 10.9 meters,
Internal structure: 5 ridges and 6 spans,
With gutters and parapet wall.
Roof panel 0.6mm thick gray color steel plate + glass wool felt + steel wire mesh;
Wall panel 0.6mm thick gray horizontal color steel plate;
Intercolumniation 8 meters;
The main steel frame is made of Q355 material.
The customer has drawings, but when our technical team made the budget for the customer, we found two serious mistakes. After communicating with the customer, the customer accepted the suggestion of our company’s professional technicians with satisfaction and corrected the mistakes in the drawing.
In the end, our company completed the production of the order for the customer according to the quality and quantity as scheduled. Next is shipping by sea. The customer was very satisfied after receiving the goods, especially the details of our company’s products such as welding seams and painting.
The customer entrusted the installation project to a local engineering construction company. During the installation period, our company’s professionals conducted video guidance and installation with the installation and construction personnel many times, and successfully helped the customer complete the rapid construction of the factory.
